Naeen Company using last technologies and equipments and
modern machineries and taking assistance and relying on
quality control of comprehensive system, has taken action
to produce gear pumps of L series in the first phase,
so that with strengthening and consistently optimizing
of design techniques , quality and production control
, always produces confident and pure product and in the
next phase spreads the scope of production for all instruments
and hydraulic components .
Arafan Naeen Company was established in August 1998 by
relying on God and in the way of acquiring to industrial
development , and started its business . This company
with due attention to investment limitations and necessity
of consumption market in the first phase , has taken action
to put in working order the complete production line of
gear pump L series with 11 varieties and in capacities52,46,40,35,32,27,22,16,12,9
and 6 liters in minute.
Technical and scientifically studies with the aim of manufacturing
and producing technology from second half of year 1998
with organizing experienced and specialized team, start
in case of reversed engineering and they are received
modeling phase after maintaining executive plans of manufacturing
and producing processes and testing evaluating methods
in the first half of the year 1999.
After manufacturing varieties of samples and doing comprehensive
tests evaluating pups were achieved in case of comparing
and according to ISO standards and after confidence attainment
from extracted technical knowledge accuracy and pumps
operation , Company took action to full install and establish
of machineries and numerous production line equipments
in the manufacture place .
In second half of the year 1999, semi numerous production
of pumps species according to directions and beginning
executive plans and till end of the year 1999, with producing
hundreds of pumps after doing comprehensive quality control
and numerous tests , necessary amendments was accomplished
on producing process, tools , conditions and obligations
, machineries accuracy , technical staff training and
etc…
Arafan manufacture was constructed in the land with the
area of 30,000 square meter including 1800 square meter
production saloon , 150 square meter test and assemble
saloon , 350 square meter official spaces and quality
control laboratories located in 3km Naeen – Isfahan road.
After installing equipments and machineries of Arafan
manufacture first phase with annual production capacity
of 25000 plants of gear pumps L series species and by
relying on accurate and automatic machineries , trained
and technical staffs in production lines , specialized
and experienced experts in quality guarantee domain and
project development from the March 1998, has received
to exploitation phase. Arafan Company with creating quality
guarantee assistance and executing comprehensive quality
control system( TQC) has definite decision for presenting
productions with better quality and also knows attracting
customers and artisans satisfaction of its political priorities.
In this manner , this company by protecting and strengthening
expertise team in project and development assistance from
with whole ability has been amused on resolving of technology
difficulties of hydraulic instruments and put in working
order next phases of manufacture while giving speed to
